Workforce Services Division

Chicago WCDESI’s Workforce Services division specializes in operating programs under the umbrella of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), and Food Stamp Employment and Training (FSET). Under these programs and in affiliation with other state and local agencies, DESI works with businesses and individuals to develop workforce solutions.
